ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT BAT
Established in 2019, Beyond Academic Training provides a wide array of soft skills certification related to Teambuilding, Interpersonal Communications, Professional Image & Business Etiquette, Leadership Development, Emotional Intelligence, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking and Personality Development.
We also specialise in management skills training including Managerial Skills, Supervisory Skills, Work Place Ethics and etc. Beyond Academic Training is an authorised training provider by Malaysia’s Human Resource Ministry and most of our training programs are HRDF claimable. All our trainers are industry experts who have completed HRDF certification.

2019
BAT was established to explore the learning and development industry in the 2019 with significant mission and vision.
A team of professional, energetic and experienced trainers were formed to work with BAT in our projects and developed modules according to the needs of our clients.

2020
BAT in the process of obtaining certifications & recognitions from local bodies and authorities.
2020 was the year we got the company recognized and certified by HRD Corp, NLP Board and other esssential bodies to certify the company as realiable and commited.

2021
BAT designed and created designated signature programmes focusing on core issues in employees.
Developed softskill awareness and its imporatance within young adults in schools, colleges, goverment and private sectors. Worked together with MIHRM & MPPA in making impacts in young generations using our signature programs

2022
BAT will be seeking opportunites and pathways to obtain recognitions and certification from International and Awards.
We will be upgrading our modules to CPD standards and initiating projects in asean countries. Maintaing companys vison and goals while expanding our wings to neighbouring countries.

2023
BAT will be establishing Learning & Development Institute focusing on softskill and personal development
Establishment of an institute focusing on softskill trainings while getting trainers/and coaches from all over the world specialized in respective fields to train the young generations to cope with the current employment needs.

2024
BAT will be venturing as a Job Placement Centre focusing on skilled and trained candidates.
A compilations of years on training experience on young generations and understanding on their capability will allow us to convert our exisiting business into Job Placement centre where we will be allowed to provide employee seeeking companies with the right candidates for their organisation.
